About Your Donations, Where & How They are used

Whatever amount you donate we spend it on:

  • Supporting the needs of various orphanages in and around Kolkata.
  • On providing relief during times of crisis.
  • On providing health care benefits (both physical and mental) to children of both affluent and BPL groups.
  • Organizing seminars, webinars and workshops to spread awareness on psychological well-being.
  • Offering free off-line and on-line courses and training programs to resolve mental health care issues and unemployment issues.

How can I donate?

When to make a donation?

Our projects are carried out round the year. You just name the cause and we will spend your donation on that project.

What if my cause of donation is not an ongoing project?

In that case you will be asked whether you are willing to donate for an ongoing project. If you are reluctant then we will keep your donation in hold for 3 to 6 months. If we are unable to start such a project within that period of time then your donated amount will be reverted back to you. But this is applicable only if your donated amount exceeds INR 10,000. A lesser amount will be put to use for an ongoing project only.

Do I get tax exemption benefit on my donation?

Yes, but currently due to the Covid-19 lockdown situation it will take a month or two for processing.
